Hot diner breakfasts that hit different. Fresh baked goods pulled from the oven every morning. Groceries stocked so you don't have to make three stops. And professional loc care — all under one roof on 45th Street West.
Most places in Jacksonville do one thing well. We decided to do three — and do all of them with the kind of care that makes you want to come back. JB's Diner feeds you. Le Le's Locs takes care of you. The rider lounge is where you actually unwind. It's not complicated. It's just convenient, and it's been working for years.
Three distinct services, one simple idea: make your day easier.
From fluffy scrambles and crispy bacon to biscuits smothered in gravy and coffee that actually stays hot — our kitchen serves real food, made fresh, the way it should be. Breakfast all day. Lunch when you need it. No shortcuts.

We bake every morning. That means bread that crunches, pastries that flake, and donuts that taste like Saturday. If it's on our shelf, it's because we made it — not because a truck dropped it off at noon.

Real words from people who actually come here.
I've been coming here for breakfast for over a year now. The food is consistent, the coffee is strong, and nobody rushes you. It's the kind of place that just feels like home.
Le Le's does my locs and I won't go anywhere else. She knows exactly what I need, the space is always clean, and I never leave feeling like I wasted my time. Plus I grab dinner on the way out.
The fact that I can get groceries, eat a real meal, and get my hair done without leaving the block is insane. This place gets it. It's not fancy — it's just good.
